LANDSCAPE SERVICES OFFERED

Spring Cleanup

• Power rake, blow, and clean all turf areas of natural leaf litter, twigs, and branches
• Clean and rake debris from planting beds as needed (weeding not included)
• Prune winter damage from shrubs
• Mow and trim all turf areas
• Blow down all hard surfaces
• Collect and dispose of all debris

Edging and Bed Preparation

• Power edge, cut, rake, and clean turf grass and planting bed edges
• Edge along rigid edging structures such as cobblestones, steel edging, or similar materials

Fertilizer Program

Spring Application

• Balanced fertilizer
• Pre-emergent crabgrass control

Early Summer Application

• Balanced fertilizer
• Broadleaf weed control
• Surface insect control as needed
• Grub preventative

Summer Application

• Balanced fertilizer and broadleaf control as needed
• Surface insect control as needed

Fall Application

• Balanced fertilizer and broadleaf control as needed
• Surface insect control as needed

Late Fall Application

• Balanced fertilizer
• Limestone application

Vegetation Control

Post-emergent weed application as needed in:

• Mulch beds
• Stone and paver driveways and walkways

Lawn Mowing

• Mow all turf areas at recommended heights
• String trim all turf edges to keep bed contours sharp throughout the season
• Blow down all hard surfaces and beds as required
• Debris disposed of

Bed Maintenance

• Mulch beds weeded and hand pruned as needed
• Deadhead perennials, annuals, and roses as needed
• Collect and dispose of debris
• Professionally Maintain beds and plantings throughout the season
• Apply rabbit deterrent as needed

Mulch Installation

• Furnish and install 1.5″–2″ of mulch
• Spread mulch evenly and neatly
• Blow down all surfaces upon completion
• Collect and dispose of debris

Aeration and Overseeding

• Core aeration of turf areas to relieve soil compaction and thatch buildup
• Improve water and fertilizer penetration into root zone
• Overseed with appropriate grass seed
• Blow down and clean hard surfaces (plugs left in lawn area)

Lawn Composting

• Top-dress lawn with organic compost to enrich soil and improve water retention

Fall Cutback

• Remove annual flowers
• Prune perennials and ornamental grasses
• Perform seasonal cutbacks on shrubs and plantings
• Collect and dispose of debris

Fall Cleanup

• Rake and clean all planting beds of leaves and debris
• Rake and clean all turf areas of leaves and debris
• Final mow and trim of turf areas
• Blow down hard surfaces
• Leaf vacuum and debris removal

Irrigation Services

The following irrigation services are included as part of this Agreement:

• Spring irrigation system startup
• Adjustment of zone run times for seasonal efficiency
• Inspection of irrigation zones and heads
• Mid-season system inspection and adjustments
• Fall irrigation system shutdown and winterization using compressed air

Irrigation Repairs & Additional Work (NOT INCLUDED)
Repairs, troubleshooting, replacement of broken parts, or irrigation work beyond routine maintenance included above shall be billed at a rate to be determined in advance of completing the work.
